Next level in your fitness

“Bikini Bootcamp” is a six-week jump-start program to get you bikini ready just in time for summer! Each bootcamp class is guaranteed to kick your butt and get you out of those sweaters and blue jeans and into your itty-bitty bikini! Combining high-intensity workouts, nutritional guidance and a strong accountability component, you will be motivated to get to that next level in your fitness and with your body! If you have ever wanted to achieve that bikini body look and be ready for the summer like never before, this bootcamp is made for you.

Each workout will be packed with high-energy exercises that will maximize time while shedding the pounds! Each week you will receive empowering e-mails to educate and inspire you towards making positive and permanent lifestyle changes. You will be held accountable in both workouts and nutrition with the help of a work out and food diary.

Over coming personal challenges

At the end of the 6-week cycle we will meet for our final bootcamp class at Mission Bay Park wearing only our tennis shoes and BIKINIS!! Yes we will celebrate our success and show the world what we have worked so hard for! This program is as much about physical change as it is about building confidence! This is about over coming personal challenges, setting goals and having accountability the whole world can see!!
