Small Group Training

Small Group Training will provide an intimate environment in a small group setting (3-5 people) where you can excel and take your training to the next level. You will benefit from world-class coaching, targeted programming to meet your personal needs, and ongoing accountability from your coaches and fellow group members.

You will learn to set goals – specific, measurable, attainable, and time-based, to keep you on track. Writing and journaling are essential for success, and we will provide you with a workbook to use as a tool to document your journey to a better you.

“The difference between a goal and a dream is a deadline.” Prepare to “achieve,” within small group training. Perhaps it is losing 10 pounds, completing your first pull-up, or finishing a race. Together we will accomplish more, and know we are here to guide, encourage, and “push” you to the finish line.

Our Small Group Training Program includes:

Goal Setting:

  • Specific
  • Measurable
  • Attainable
  • Relevant/Realistic
  • Time Bound

Workout logs:

  • Metabolic Conditioning
  • Strength

Nutrition Guidance:

  • What you should and should not eat
  • Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner meal suggestions
  • Meal Planning
  • Eating well on the run

Fitness Assessment – Quarterly

  • Weigh ins
  • Body Measurements
  • Fitness testing
Fitness Classes:
Monday, Wednesday, & Friday: 8:30 - 9:30 AM
Tuesday & Thursday: 7:00 - 8:00 AM
Saturday: 8:00 AM-9:00 AM, 10:00 - 11:00 AM
Pilates Classes:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 12:00-1:00PM
Tuesday & Thursday: 6:00 - 7:00 AM
Saturday: 10:30 -11:30 AM
