Varsity Speed Academy 
Ages: 10-15
Monday & Wednesday:4-5 p.m.

This program is designed to prepare current collegiate, or collegiate-bound athletes for the demands of college athletics. Athletes will learn how to perform the required weight room, speed, and conditioning drills for their school. Fitness Quest 10’s athletic performance and injury prevention methods and technology are integrated into this advanced program.
*Absences of less than 2 weeks can be made up during any FQ10 Elite Training hours, as well as any Fitness Quest 10 Adult Fitness Class (Class List).

Session 1: July 6th-July 30
Session 2: August 3rd-27th.

This small-group class teaches the skills of athleticism such as:
1. Speed and Agility
2. Strength and Power Training
3. Balance and Flexibility
4. Sports Nutrition
The class curriculum is adaptable to allow for various levels of athlete during a one-hour class. Sign-ups are done on a first come, first serve basis.
Scripps Ranch High School Field Hockey Athletic Performance

This new and improved camp format allows athletes twice the opportunity to prepare for another CIF championship year, for the same price! This camp will cover the fundamentals of:
1. Injury Prevention
2. Speed, Agility and Quickness
3. Strength and Power
4. Flexibility and Balance
5. Sport Nutrition
All of these skills are adapted to address the specific needs for performance and injury prevention for young field hockey players.

Session 1: June 2nd- June 25th Session 2: June 30th-July 23rd
Tuesday/Thursday 7pm-8pm @ Community Center Park, Upper Field (next to playground)
Cost: $140 for 1 session, $260 for both sessions
This program, exclusively for SROP Adult League Soccer participants, is designed to teach strategies to prevent injury and improve performance for the game of soccer. All drills are modified to accommodate all fitness and skill levels.
