Private & Small Group Training |

In our most individualized training program, each athlete works with one coach. Every aspect of the program is customized to meet your individual needs and goals. This includes a complete physical assessment, movement screen and customized sessions. Each session is 1 hour in length by appointment.
Small group training allows for similar levels of athletes to work together during a session with one coach. Athletes may pick their own group, or can be placed into a group of athletes at a similar level with similar needs. Training sessions are 1 hour in length by appointment.
