Todd Durkin is an internationally recognized strength, speed & conditioning coach, personal trainer, bodyworker, motivational speaker and founder of Fitness Quest 10, a leading-edge facility that provides personal training, strength & conditioning, therapeutic massage & bodywork, Pilates, yoga and nutrition programs.

Durkin works with a high-profile clientele of elite professional athletes from the NFL and Major League Baseball. Additionally, Durkin has established a strong following of college and high school athletes. His state-of-the-art facility, located in San Diego, CA, also attracts a growing number of fitness enthusiasts of all ages who want to improve their health and fitness. He has a team of 26 trainers, coaches, and therapists to deliver results to the 400 clients they see weekly.
