Effective P.N.F. manual stretching, along with more advanced corrective exercises, are provided to develop the body’s maximal balance. A complete routine of manually stretching the low back, hamstrings, quadriceps, glutes, psoas, hip rotators, IT band, calves, soleus, chest, shoulders, arms, and forearms are all provided in a sequence that can be easily replicated by massage therapists, personal trainers, and allied health-care professionals looking to improve a client’s flexibility, relieve pain, and help people feel good. A functional strength program will be discussed to help develop postural stabilizing muscles, improve joint integrity, and build a strong foundation. You will also be introduced to sport cords, Swiss Balls, and dynamic therapeutic exercise.
