Joe officially joined the Fitness Quest 10 team in May after completing an intensive internship. Joe is a native of San Diego and has lived here is entire life. Joe attended San Diego State and
“Received his PFT Certification from American Council of Exercise (ACE)”
Prior to working at fitness quest 10 Joe was the lead staff at a regional treatment center for severely emotionally disturbed foster children. Joe was responsible for managing behavior modification and therapeutic intervention programs for the children who were under his care. Joe believes in the power of positive thinking and has helped many children change their lives and become productive members of society.
Joe has always had a life long love for physical fitness and played football, basketball and track in his youth. He has coached many sport including high school Football and track and field. Joe has worked with hundreds of athletes over the years and has helped them reach their goals in sports and life.
Joe enjoys working out and pushing himself to new limits, in his spare time he lifts weights and runs. He is always looking for new ways to train and enjoys reading, camping and most outdoor activities.
Joe is inspired to work with people who are interested in making working out and living healthy an integral part of their lives. He believes that every one can reach their goals.
