 Jenny Boley is a Colorado native who started her hands-on healing journey with a Reiki Certification at age sixteen. Two years later she attended massage school at Colorado School of Healing Arts in Lakewood, Colorado. It was there that Jenny received an Associates of Occupational Studies Degree in Massage Therapy. This degree allowed her three specializations, totaling in over 1000 hours; in order of most hours awarded she received a Cranial Sacral Therapy Certification, a Neuromuscular Therapy Certification and a Sports Massage Certification. In addition she has added Hot Stone and Prenatal massage to her repertoire. Jenny is a nationally certified massage therapist and a certified massage therapist with Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP).
Although Colorado was beautiful with plenty of lovely outdoor activities to enjoy, the California sunshine beckoned Jenny. She moved to Santa Monica, CA in the spring of 2004. While working at Burke Williams Spa, Jenny started her formal education at Santa Monica College with a Kinesiology degree in mind. Her ongoing desire to learn about the body and its inner workings landed her as a transfer student to San Diego State University's Kinesiology program September 2008. During Jenny’s first year in San Diego she has been working at Spa L'Auberge in beautiful Del Mar, CA. After she graduates in May 2010 she plans on pursuing Personal Training and combining it with her hobby and career of Massage.
Jenny loves to surround herself with health conscious and fitness goal oriented people. She finds massage extremely rewarding and energizing which is why she has continued to grow with in for over seven years. Jenny wakes up everyday feeling blessed to have a career she is passionate about and looks forward to each new day as a chance to do what she loves while living and learning in the process.
