Healthy Retreats
We all need to rejuvenate ourselves, to get rid of the stress and open our minds towards the things that will bring us happiness and success. It’s time to get away. Once a year, Todd will whisk you away to some of his favorite places for a rejuvenation retreat. This could include places like Big Bear Mountain, Mammoth Lakes, select four-star resorts in Southern CA or other highly sought after dream destinations. The weekend is structured with a special focus on rest, relaxation, exercise, good cuisine and attention to the mind, body and soul.

The purpose of the retreat is to spend valuable time working on one’s vision, working through any current issues or challenges and to be empowered to reach new levels in your personal and professional life. Upon your return to the “real world,” you will feel rejuvenated, refreshed and have a new outlook on life.

Here’s a sample itinerary of your retreat experience:

Friday:
4:00pm Arrival at Destination
6:00pm Dinner @ restaurant
7:30pm Opening “Exercise”
9:00pm Bedtime

Saturday:
7:30am Morning Workout
9:00 am Healthy Breakfast
10:30am—12:30pm Coaching Session #1 with Todd Durkin
12:30pm—1:30pm Healthy Lunch
1:30pm—4:00pm Coaching Session #2 with Todd Durkin
4:00pm-5:30pm Rest Time
6:00pm-7:30pm Dinner
7:30pm—9:00pm Surprise Activity with Todd Durkin
9:30pm Bedtime

Sunday:
8:00am—10:00am Free Time
10:00am---12:00pm Noon Coaching Session #3 with Todd Durkin
1:00pm Departure
