This class is designed to burn calories, burn fat, and improve your aerobic conditioning.You will learn how to “Train in the Zone”, learn proper running technique, drills for improving speed, and use strength training & interval training to improve your cardiovascular system.All participants are highly encouraged to wear heart rate monitors during this class.
