Jeff is the Director of Athletics at Fitness Quest 10 where he has worked for the past 9 years. He oversees all athletic programs and individuals. Jeff specializes in long-term athletic development with kids ranging from pre-adolescence to high school. He has worked with many athletes at a variety of levels from grade school to professional. Additionally, he has created strength and conditioning programs for sports ranging from basketball to field hockey. Jeff’s main goal in life is to educate, motivate, and inspire people of all ages about the importance of exercise and nutrition.

QUEST 10 KIDS (8-10 years old | M W F | 8:30-9:30 am):
Quest 10 Kids is a camp where kids are exposed to fundamental movement patterns related to long-term athletic development. They will learn the ABC’s of movement: crawl, skip, jump, run, squat, etc. All will be done in a fun and dynamic atmosphere and in an environment where learning occurs. Additionally, kids will be exposed to motivational and nutritional content. Your kids will not only become more athletic; they will become better kids on and off the playing field.
SPEED PREP (11-13 years old | M W F | 9:30-10:30 am):
Is your child playing multiple sports? Is he or she serious about becoming faster and more explosive? Then Speed Prep is the exact camp for your child! Speed Camp teaches kids the basic fundamental of speed, agility and first-step explosiveness. Whether it is working on their arm mechanics or their hip extension, our world-class coaching staff will prepare them to maximize their abilities at an age where learning occurs rapidly therefore leading to major improvements. The exposure to this camp will also prepare each athlete for the type of work they will see at the high school level. Enroll your child in Speed Prep if he or she is ready to step up to the next level and prepare themselves for high school.
VARSITY SPEED (High School | M W F | 10:30-12:00 pm):
Anyone looking to make their high school team or put themselves in a position to earn an athletic scholarship will greatly benefit from our Varsity Speed camp. Each camp session is 90 minutes, focusing on all aspects of strength and conditioning such as speed, power, strength, mobility, conditioning, etc. Additionally, the camp focuses on nutrition and how much of an impact it has on sports performance. Lastly, the strength coaches will expose them to motivational speeches to help develop their leadership skills. This is the perfect camp to help any high school athlete prepare for their upcoming season and be in optimal conditioned to maximize performance.
