Christopher R. Mohr, PhD, RD is a consultant, registered dietitian, and a board certified specialist in sports dietetics. Dr. Mohr appears regularly on TV and radio as a nutrition and fitness expert and lectures extensively to health care practitioners and fitness professionals. He is the Sports Nutritionist for Under Armour’s Performance Training Council and works with The Dairy Council, Clif Bar, Discovery Health Channel, Nordic Naturals and Lipton Tea.
