This extended 90-minute Boot Camp class meets every Saturday at the Mission Bay Hilton, and challenges you to take your fitness to another level! Increase strength, boost aerobic capacity, improve flexibility, lose weight, break through plateaus, and come “play outside the box.” You should be able to jog 2-3 miles to participate in this class. This class is loaded with FUN! This class is held at Mission Bay Hilton Beach & Tennis Resort location.
