This class incorporates Pilates training in a high-energy, circuit training style that is sure to work you from feet to fingertips! Come to this class to increase strength and improve flexibility and balance while getting that heart rate pumping and blood flowing! Some experience with Pilates equipment is required. ** If you plan to attend the Pilates Circuit class, please call ahead to reserve a spot. |
